Barbara comes to KLM Properties, Inc. with a degree in Speech Communications. Before entering real estate, she worked as a news producer at a cable news network in Seattle and was also a freelance writer.

When Barbara moved to Morgantown, nearly a decade ago, she met her husband, P. Todd Phillips, a local attorney. They reside in South Park with their daughter, Zoe Ana.

Barbara serves as the Chairperson for the Morgantown Board of Realtors' Social Committee and serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Early Learning Facility (ELF), and also serves on their Fund-Raising Committee.
