Jo received her RE license in Ohio in 1987, and quickly became a proven producer. She attained her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and GRI designations during her career in Ohio. Specializing in the area of relocation, (Jo has relocated many times herself) and has worked with many relocation companies and had local clients such as Sprint, General Motors, and Fed X. She earned Circle of Honor, Presidents Club, Top Listing and Sales Assoc., awards, and served on the Professional Standards Committee and Governing Committee of the Women's Council of Realtors.

Relocating to Morgantown  in 2007 after a nation wide seach where her husband has been asked to open and be the Executive Chef at Sargasso Restaurant. She has joined the team at KLM Properties, Inc. and is returning to her passion of relocation and residential sales.

Her unique background ranges from extensive experience in loan origination, and as Account Executive for an advertising/marketing agency. Jo's success is attributed to endless energy, dedication, enthusiasm and genuine caring of her clients.

Jo spends her spare time renovating and redecorating, gardening, and working with her boys, Sensei, a German Sheppard, and Shilo, a miniature Australian Sheppard.

Just wanted to let you know what a fantastic job, Jo Poulin, did on the sale and closing of my home.
