Karen Jo Gutta brings to KLM Properties, Inc. an expertise in property management, real estate development and implementation innovative real estate strategies to meet or exceed business and financial objectives. Currently, Karen manages the business offices of C. Gutta Construction and C&S Construction, LLC and is the property manager of Windwood Place Apartment Complex. She graduated from West Virginia University with a BA Degree in Nursing holds an active RN license in WV and PA. Karen also is an Alumna of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority and acts as treasurer for the House Board Corporation.

A native of Morgantown, Karen is married to Carmen Gutta, Jr., a master builder and developer. They reside in the Suncrest area with their three children. Karen is an expert of focusing and responding to her clients needs and striving to exceed their expectations.
