Kathy L. Martin has been in the real estate business for 25+ years beginning her career as a real estate appraiser where she currently holds a certified general appraisal license. This license means she can perform appraisals on any type of property whether residential or commercial. Having obtained a broker's license in WV and PA, Kathy moved forward in the industry and opened KLM Properties, Inc., in May of 1994. She has continued to keep up with trends in the marketplace and the industry as she regularly attends local, state and national conventions. She has obtained GRI, ABR, ABRM & CRB designations. Education is most important to Kathy where she advocates continued education and promotion of each individual on her real estate team.

She has served as a NAR Director, State Director and State President of the West Virginia Association of Realtors. She has chaired and participated in numerous committees including: license law, public relations, strategic planning, goverment affairs and appraisal. Kathy has served as the former past President, President Elect and Vice President for the Morgantown Board of Realtors.  She currently serves as a Real Estate Commissioner for the West Virginia Association of REALTORS.  Kathy also serves as a member of the  Board of Directors for the Morgantown Chamber of Commerce.
