A proven leader in the West Virginia real estate industry
KLM Properties was named and formed by Broker/Owner Kathy L. Martin in Morgantown, West Virginia. When she founded KLM Properties in 1994, Kathy already had a solid real estate background, with previous experience as an appraiser, a licensed sales associate, and an associate broker. The values of KLM Properties over 20 years ago still stand today: to be subservient to our clients and customers, our company and staff, our community, and our industry.
Our Clients & Customers
At KLM, we are sensitive to the needs of our clients and customers, and are dedicated to their satisfaction. We promise to assertively and enthusiastically guide you through a pleasing journey, whether buying, selling, or renting a home, and give you an optimum value in the end.
Our Company & Staff
We employ go-getters, pro activists, negotiators, diplomats… but most importantly, a staff that encourages the flow of communication and exchange of ideas. KLM recognizes the importance each individual plays in the role of company success. We are not satisfied with settling on past achievements, but pose an outlook that will expand our business.
