Chaille (Shelly) Adkins career started in the construction industry. He has over 27 years of experience building everything from single family homes to large commercial buildings, bridges, levees, flood walls and large projects for the military. Chaille started in real estate 10 years ago and has worked tirelessly to help his clients either purchase or sell their property.

Chaille and his wife Whitney Purchased KLM Properties in 2022. Since taking over KLM, Chaille has worked to expand the reach of KLM by opening a new branch office in Elkins, WV and starting a property management company, KLM Property Management, to help service our client’s needs. He is currently serving as President for KLM Properties, KLM Property Management and Adkins Homes.
