What made you decide to become a REALTOR?
I acquired a keen interest in Real Estate during my banking career of 43 years, especially commercial real estate. I obtained my sales license in in February of 1985.

Provide a brief description of your real estate background
I’ve underwritten and financed billions of dollars’ worth of real estate over past 43 years. Plus I have personally acquired, rehabbed, constructed, and sold various types of property. I’ve interacted and negotiated with all types of developments and contractors.
