Celebrating Halloween in Morgantown

Morgantown is not your typical trick-or-treating destination. Check out a few unique ways to celebrate Halloween in the area!

October 29: Trunk or Treat

This is a community event where local parents can bring their children to the WVU Coliseum from 5pm-7pm to trick-or-treat in a safe location. Student organizations from WVU will be handing out candy at stations. Students from every grade in the Morgantown area flock the Coliseum for a day of trick-or-treating.

October 29: Howl-O-Ween Doggie Trick or Treat

Bring yourself and your dogs to the West Virginia Botanic Garden from 4pm-6:30pm and enjoy trick-or-treating with your favorite furry friends! Vendors will be set up along the Reserve Loop Trail and will be handing out dog treats. There will even be a costume contest for the best dressed pooch! This event is free but donations are appreciated!  To sign up, visit: http://bit.ly/2mtAVlV
