What made you decide to become a REALTOR?
The profession of real estate is primarily one of an educator. Real estate transactions, whether you are buying, selling, or leasing a property, involve a tremendous amount of information that is necessary to successfully achieving the desired outcome. As a “people oriented” sales agent, I love the product that I sell, whether it’s a house, a piece of property, or a business opportunity. I love the North Central Region of West Virginia; I look forward to sharing the many benefits of this region with others.

Provide a brief description of your real estate background
My background in real estate began in a family business on the management side. Through the years, the switch to represent all facets of the transaction was a natural progression.

What one word would your past clients or friends use to describe you?
Energetically-dedicated

I had a townhouse for sale in the Cheat Lake area of Morgantown and had it listed for a year to no avail. When the listing expired, I had a serendipitous meeting with Clarissa Marra who was just starting at the new KLM facility in Bridgeport and she connected me to Debbie Marano who is in Morgantown. Together this team provided me with realistic calculations showing what my house should be listed, comparisons, houses that have sold, and other pertinent criteria that I had not been provided in past experiences. We priced the house to sell and I am glad to say it sold a couple of weeks ago.
