KLM Property Management
KLM has started a new division called KLM Property Management. We can offer a wholistic approach for a landlord wanting a company to manage every aspect of the leasing process and monthly management of their properties.

Timely and Accurate reports are utilized as a tool to both monitor and improve property operations. KLM’s standard monthly owner reports will include financial statements for each unit. KLM can customize a report package designed to meet the individual needs of each client.
Our staff is available on a 24-hour, 7-day a week basis to handle any after hour emergency in a timely manner.
Our property management contracts are typically for a term of three (3) years.

- Market your property for rent. Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and the MLS
- Screen all applicants with a background and/or credit check. Every effort is made to secure the most desirable resident possible for your property.
- Tenant Portal via Rentroom
- Receive and record all income.
- Disburse funds as necessary, within the requirements of the management agreement.
- Provide monthly income and expense statements detailing all transactions.
- Make any needed repair with either our in-house personnel or arrange for one of our trusted local specialized subcontractors to make needed repairs on your property, while ensuring your costs are kept to a minimum.
- Inspect each unit on a quarterly basis and report back our findings.
- Lawn care and maintenance
- Perform move-in / move-out inspections. Document and needed repairs.
- Take legal action against tenants that are delinquent on their rent payments.
We also have agents that know the rental market and can help anyone that needs to find a place to rent, whether that is residential or commercial.
