When Andrea and Dave were relocating from the Akron, Ohio area to Morgantown, West Virginia for work, they asked a friend to recommend a realtor. “Kathy with KLM Properties came highly recommended to us. We wanted a realtor who had our best interests in mind and would help us find the home that was within our budget and met our criteria.”

Both Andrea and Dave are busy professionals with very little time to tackle the various steps of relocating. Andrea searched for homes online and shared possible houses of interest with Kathy. “We would find possible homes that seemed to fit what we wanted, but since we were not in the area, we never really knew what they were like. Kathy and her team went the extra mile by going out and shooting a video tour of a house to help us bridge the distance gap. We were really impressed with how dedicated they were to help us.”

The real estate market in Morgantown moves fast. Quality homes and locations don’t stay on the market very long; therefore, staying on top of what is available is a must. “Whenever we were interested in a house, Kathy moved really fast to help us check it out. She was also very candid and would let us know if she felt it was not the right fit. We loved that. Her knowledge of real estate and the area came in very handy.”

Like most couples, both Andrea and Dave had things they wanted in a location. Andrea wanted to live in town to be closer to work and conveniences while Dave wanted more of the country lifestyle. “We were able to find a happy medium. Our new home is located just a few miles out of town in a great development that is nestled in the country. We both got what we wanted out of the location, and the home has everything we were looking for.”
