“Becky took care of every aspect and was really good about keeping us in the loop.”
John and Larissa Brand had been renting in the Morgantown area, but with the arrival of their first child, they wanted a home of their own. “We knew Becky Rees at KLM Properties so we called her just to chat about what we were thinking. Our goal was to get out of town and have some space for our family to grow. We told her everything we wanted and she ran with it. Honestly, it was super low stress for us because we didn’t have to do anything. Becky took care of every aspect and was really good about keeping us in the loop. She found exactly what we were looking for, better even, and helped us negotiate a great price.”
As part of the buying process, KLM Properties is able to make recommendations for lending, inspections, and other aspects of real estate. “As a veteran and was able to explore some lending options but needed some assistance finding the right lender. Becky recommended a banker who ended up being great to work with as well. Overall, we are super happy with how things turned out and couldn’t be happier with the job Becky and KLM Properties did for us. They helped us find it fast and buy it smart!”
We’ve never had to worry about anything working with them.
Bill and Sonia began their real estate journey back in the mid-’90s. “At the time we were renting a place in Morgantown but had decided it was time to buy. So, we called KLM Properties and they helped us buy our first house. It’s really neat looking back now to think that KLM Properties was just getting started and so were we. Since then, we have bought three times and sold two times with KLM Properties. Kathy and the rest of the team have taken such great care of us. We’ve never had to worry about anything working with them. They are super knowledgeable, know the area very well, maintain excellent communication throughout the process, and at the end to the day, we trust them. I highly recommend Kathy and KLM Properties!”
All of us at KLM Properties consider it a privilege to help people find it, buy it, and sell it. Especially, over the course of 25 years!
Dan Grafton and his son relocated to Bridgeport West Virginia from Montana. They made the trip in three days and on the fourth day met with real estate agent Pam Myers at KLM Properties. This is how we helped make Dan’s home buying journey a success.
The buying journey can be a little different for everyone. For Patricia and Brian, it was a journey with two very distinct destinations in mind. Patricia wanted a bigger house for entertaining that was close to town and Brian wanted a more country feel with privacy. That was a very difficult combination to find but not impossible.
“It was amazing. Traci showed us three homes that were all spot on with what we had in mind, but the third house was perfect.”
Steve and Teresa knew exactly what they wanted in a home and turned to KLM Properties to help them find it. “A friend of ours in Morgantown recommend we contact Traci Aberegg at KLM Properties since she had done a great job for them. When we first met with her we explained what our expectations were, what we were looking for in detail, and where we wanted to be located.” At KLM, we take the time to know our buyers wants and needs and then leverage our knowledge of the local markets to find homes that will meet our clients expectations. “It was amazing. Traci showed us three homes that were all spot on with what we had in mind, but the third house was perfect. She truly listened to us and worked super hard and fast on our behalf to make it happen. From the time we started looking to the time we closed was just over one month. That’s incredible! ”
Once they had purchased their new home Steve and Teresa needed to sell their townhouse in Fairmont. “We needed to sell our townhouse in Fairmont and KLM Properties took care of that for us as well. They kept us informed at all times and we never had to wonder what was going on. It was a fantastic experience and we can’t say enough good things about Traci and KLM Properties.”
“This was by far the best real estate experience we have ever had. Kathy was awesome!”
Sonny and Renata Busch originally moved to the Fairmont area from Colorado nearly 5 years ago for work reasons. Sonny, an avid outdoorsman, loved the mountains of West Virginia, and although smaller than the Rockies, they provided him the lifestyle he loves. “We loved the Fairmont area and hoped to spend the remainder of our careers there.” However, as things so often change, Sonny’s work required him to move once again back across the country in a short amount of time. “We’d gone through the real estate process before and honestly weren’t looking forward to it based on past experiences. This time, a friend recommended we call Kathy with KLM Properties to help us sell our home so we could focus on relocating.”
Selling a home can be very stressful and hectic. This is intensified when trying to coordinate a move across the country and the purchase of a new home at the same time. KLM worked quickly to assess the market value, prepare the home for sell, and coordinate the many aspects of the selling process. “Kathy was an excellent guide throughout the entire process. Her communication was timely, fast, and direct. She kept us calm and on-track from day one to close. The personal attention was outstanding and a wonderful change from past experiences.”
The Busch’s home was listed and sold within two weeks of listing. “It was impressive and a huge sense of relief to sell the home so quickly. Kathy, Becky, and the entire KLM team was great and demonstrated the same professional qualities we saw in Kathy.” Once their home was under contract the work didn’t stop. There were inspections, sub-contractors, and dates to be coordinated. “KLM also had great resources to help us find the various support services we needed. This was by far the best real estate experience we have ever had. Kathy was awesome.”
“We turned to KLM Properties first to help us sell our existing house so we could focus on where we ultimately wanted to be.”
Most of us have an idea of what we want in a house. It varies from person to person, but at the end of the day, everyone wants that ideal place to call home. For the Morgan family, home is much more than a comfortable house, it is a way of life. “We both grew up in the country, love the outdoors, and the simplicity that comes with it. Our goal was to find some land where we could build and get back to our roots. We turned to KLM Properties first to help us sell our existing house so we could focus on where we ultimately wanted to be.”
Tim & Jo-Clair Morgan have very busy schedules with business and raising a family. They needed a dependable real estate professional to handle selling their home. “It was a huge sense of relief for us to know that Kathy and Randy were on the ball. They knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of everything. That enabled us to focus on building our new home without worrying about the details of selling our current one.”
KLM Properties has helped hundreds of families with their real estate needs in the Morgantown, Bridgeport, and Fairmont areas. This collective knowledge and experience was very useful when it came to pricing the Morgan’s house accurately and finding qualified buyers. “Originally we planned to sell our home for less, but Kathy told us we were under priced based on the market analysis. She was able to sell our house for much more than we anticipated and found us a buyer in less than two days! I don’t know how someone could do any better than that and strongly recommend KLM Properties for anyone thinking about buying or selling.”
“We were really impressed with how dedicated they were to help us.”
When Andrea and Dave were relocating from the Akron, Ohio area to Morgantown, West Virginia for work, they asked a friend to recommend a realtor. “Kathy with KLM Properties came highly recommended to us. We wanted a realtor who had our best interests in mind and would help us find the home that was within our budget and met our criteria.”
Both Andrea and Dave are busy professionals with very little time to tackle the various steps of relocating. Andrea searched for homes online and shared possible houses of interest with Kathy. “We would find possible homes that seemed to fit what we wanted, but since we were not in the area, we never really knew what they were like. Kathy and her team went the extra mile by going out and shooting a video tour of a house to help us bridge the distance gap. We were really impressed with how dedicated they were to help us.”
The real estate market in Morgantown moves fast. Quality homes and locations don’t stay on the market very long; therefore, staying on top of what is available is a must. “Whenever we were interested in a house, Kathy moved really fast to help us check it out. She was also very candid and would let us know if she felt it was not the right fit. We loved that. Her knowledge of real estate and the area came in very handy.”
Like most couples, both Andrea and Dave had things they wanted in a location. Andrea wanted to live in town to be closer to work and conveniences while Dave wanted more of the country lifestyle. “We were able to find a happy medium. Our new home is located just a few miles out of town in a great development that is nestled in the country. We both got what we wanted out of the location, and the home has everything we were looking for.”
“Kathy referred us to the builder we contracted with, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.”
Having moved nine times within the United States, plus some international travel for both business and leisure, it was time for Lorena and Dan Piteleski to relax and retire back near their roots in Morgantown, West Virginia.
After making the decision to move to West Virginia from the Piteleskis’ most recent home in Houston, Texas, Lorena began researching real estate agencies in Morgantown. Through some long-distance correspondence, she flew in and met with Kathy Martin at KLM Properties.
“I was drawn to her professionalism and willingness to work with me,” explained Lorena.
It didn’t take Lorena much deliberation before realizing Kathy would be a perfect fit to help her get her dream home.
“I think she [Kathy] spent two entire days with me, showing me all of the different options for properties because I knew we wanted to build,” said Lorena about her visit.
Kathy was extremely helpful to the couple even after Lorena returned to Houston.
“I found this lot for sale on the Internet, and Kathy was kind enough to videotape it for us so that we could see the entire property. Kathy handled the negotiations with the seller and we bought it without having to make another trip to West Virginia,” explained Lorena.
Dan and Lorena were pleased that Kathy’s video showed that the lot was spacious and mostly flat—something you don’t see very often in West Virginia.
After selling their home in Houston, the Piteleskis once again turned to Kathy who found a home in Greystone for them to live in while they were building their new home.
Lorena and Dan agreed, “Thanks to KLM Properties, we are able to enjoy the quiet home we built away from the busy city.”
“Robin made sure my job was to just find the right house for me, and hers was to take care of everything else.”
When you’re seven years old, change can be horrifying. You’ve just moved up from kindergarten to a big bad first grader, you’ve mastered hopscotch at recess, and you may even be able to tell when it’s time for mom to take you to dance class. As you’re progressing in school, learning how to make friends, and just getting comfortable ringing the doorbell to see if the neighborhood kids want to play, leaving behind the routine you’ve gotten used to can really throw you off.
Originally from Michigan, Kimberly Meigh and Sean Loos moved from Pittsburgh, PA, to Morgantown, WV, for Kimberly to pursue her career at WVU. While this was certainly a change for them as parents, they were trying to make a smooth transition for their daughter, Peyton. Having rented a place in Morgantown for the past year, the couple concluded that their utmost priority was to purchase a home in Peyton’s current school district.
After some setbacks with another agency, Kimberly and Sean decided to start over with Robin Ruckle and KLM Properties.
“We tried somebody else and it was really not a great experience. We wanted a bigger company with more exposure. Then we found Robin, and we knew she was it!” realized Kimberly.
The parents were also impressed that Robin was dedicated to making Peyton the center of their search.
“There wasn’t anything we couldn’t ask [Robin], and there wasn’t a time when we couldn’t ask it. She was always around in the evenings, and was available to us even after we put Peyton to bed, which could be as late as 10:00 on any given night,” admitted Kimberly, “She was always super flexible.”
Robin took the initiative, making sure every minute of their home search together was valuable. She compiled a list of the top homes based on the family’s criteria, and arranged for Kimberly, Sean, and Peyton to tour six houses in one day.
“Robin was so patient and willing to stay all day with us,” remembered Kimberly.
They came across a newly-renovated home from the 50s, and were pleased with its potential, especially the kitchen. The cherry on top of their already seamless home buying search, this house was all ready to move in. So that’s exactly what Robin helped them do.
Peyton was especially fond of the fact that she would gain her own bathroom next to her bedroom (which she painted in her favorite colors and designs), a play area for a basement, girls’ time in the Jacuzzi, a big yard with lots of kids to play with, and some taco making skills from her parents in their huge kitchen. It’s safe to say, she’s adjusting just fine in her new home!
“KLM made it all painless.”
After making the trip one too many times from Oak Hill, West Virginia, Ellen and Lewis Jones decided to make a more permanent visit by moving to Morgantown, West Virginia, to be closer to their family. Their daughter referred them to Andrea Heiskell of KLM Properties, and they are so glad she did.
Luckily, the retired couple had a pretty good idea of what they wanted out of their home and which area they wanted to be living because they had their daughter and grandsons looking out for them.
“Andrea showed us a few houses, but they just didn’t suit,” recalled Ellen.
The couple ended up renting a place on the other side of town while they continued to look for their best fit.
“Usually you go through the drudgery of looking, and estimates… but Andrea listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and paid close attention in the homes we walked through,” added both Ellen and Lewis, “She would always make sure we were aware of what should be repaired. We really relied on her for those things.”
In March of 2015, Andrea showed them a condo downtown. In a matter of about six weeks, they toured it twice, bought it, and were moved in.
“Lewis had the biggest grin on his face. We were both in love with it,” exclaimed Ellen, “And we wanted the side on the river, so this was just perfect.”
Andrea was a major resource for the couple during and after their condo purchase. She handled all the negotiations, set up the Joneses’ closing appointment with an attorney, and recommended a trusted carpenter and carpet outlet so Ellen and Lewis could add the final touches they desired.
“KLM was so helpful the whole way. We didn’t have to do anything. We just let them do all the work,” Ellen explained.
In their retired years and final home, Ellen and Lewis are enjoying their riverfront condominium along the rail trail that boasts underground parking, a short walk to downtown, an elevator service, a fitness center, and best of all, no yardwork!
“I was very impressed with KLM’s dedication to our family needs.”
When Mallory and her husband Dale needed to relocate to Morgantown, WV to start a new job, they were overwhelmed with the prospect of finding a new home. “With our first baby on the way and our family dog to consider, we were stressed about finding a home that would accommodate our needs.”
KLM Properties was recommended by a friend, so Mallory began working with Traci Aberegg. The process of searching for a home needed to move quickly because Mallory’s job would be starting soon, and their schedule would only allow one trip to Morgantown to search for homes.
“Traci went above and beyond, and always put our needs first,” agreed Mallory and Dale.
In one trip, agents from KLM Properties arranged 20 home viewings, ultimately helping Mallory and Dale to find the one they were looking for. “I remember Traci staying very late that night so that we could put an offer on the home that we wanted.”
After their offer was accepted, Traci worked hard to insure that everything involved with the closing went according to plan, and Mallory and Dale were able to close on their home within 40 days.
“I never had to wait long for a response when I needed something,” recalls Mallory.
“Working with KLM Properties makes buying a home virtually stress-free.”
Buying and selling homes rarely result in a predictable outcome. Lincoln Kinkade and his family were presented with a unique opportunity to trade houses with another family who was also searching for a home.
“You would think the process of basically swapping homes would be an easy one,” recalls Lincoln, “But there are so many variables involved, that it can actually be more stressful than simply purchasing a home in the traditional sense.”
Lincoln had successfully worked with Lisa Ware, an agent at KLM Properties, on several projects in the past, so the choice was obvious when it came to this endeavor. “Working with Lisa has been great, she always delivers beyond our expectations.”
“My suggestion to anyone who is buying or selling a home, no matter how simple or complex the situation may seem, would be to make sure you are working with an agency who has the knowledge and experience to make the process easy and stress-free,” advises Lincoln.
“KLM Properties is the only real estate company for us! They treated us like family.”
Buying your first house can be a very intimidating and overwhelming experience, which anyone who has gone through it can attest to. This was the case for Adam and Rachel Heller. They had recently been married and wanted to buy their first house.
“We had no idea how to even get started. A friend of ours from Parkersburg recommended we call Kathy Martin from KLM Properties. Our friend was someone we trusted so we made the call.”
Although this was the first real estate experience for the Hellers, they had a good idea of what they wanted. “We knew what we wanted in a house and the location, but didn’t know how tough it would be given our budget. Kathy and Shelly Martin both listened to us and took the time to educate us on how the process works.”
After looking at several of their favorite houses in the area, it became clear that the couple’s expectations were not very realistic. “At one point, we made an offer on a home that was smaller than what we wanted, but it was in a neighborhood we liked. Luckily for us it didn’t work out.”
Kathy and Shelly helped the couple not be discouraged, and after convincing them to look at other areas, they found the house they wanted in an area that is even better than where they initially looked.
“We are just grateful that they stuck with us and helped us find our first home. Kathy and Shelly treated us like family and not just a client.”
When asked what advice they would give to others who are buying for the first time, this is what they had to say… “The first thing to do is call KLM Properties. They will guide you through everything and you will feel like part of their family. Best of all, if it is out there, they will find it.”
“Debbie Marano is incredibly detailed and takes care of all the issues. She coordinated with the other REALTOR®, and I never had to worry about a thing.”
Leslie now has an abundance of experience with home buying, selling, and renting, between Bridgeport and Morgantown, WV—five instances, to be exact. She has even encountered one major mishap with a recent purchase of an older home. Stressed and upset, Leslie called her already 3-time REALTOR®, Debbie Marano, at KLM Properties.
Debbie was extremely proactive in helping Leslie relocate after such a devastating incident. She was considerate of Leslie’s timely predicament, and strived to reach a greater outcome by selling Leslie’s current home, and finding her a suitable new home.
Leslie could tell that Debbie was obviously prepared and experienced with showing houses to potential buyers, as well as familiar with the Morgantown area. “The great thing about Debbie is that she always took time to listen to what I wanted from a home. She also provided advice on how to get my property ready to sell.”
Leslie found Debbie Marano by chance. But she’s sure happy she did. When Leslie was first searching for a rental in Bridgeport, she called the number on the sign, and, little did she know she would develop a close friendship with Debbie out of what began as a business arrangement.
“Thanks KLM! You truly made buying easier.”
KD and Ashleigh Burdette first worked with KLM Properties in December of 2008 to sell their first home.
“We had made the mistake of buying our first house without the guidance of a real estate agent. When the time came to sell that home, we needed a lot of help; we wanted Randy Neal and KLM Properties!”
The Burdettes knew Randy prior to working with him, and they were confident they would be in good hands. “We wanted Randy because we knew we could trust him.”
KD and Ashleigh had very specific requirements for the type of home they were looking to purchase. They wanted less of a yard to care for, plenty of square footage for a growing family, a community setting, and to be in the Cheat Lake area.
“We knew that this would be a tough combination to find within the budget we had set, but somehow Randy pulled it off. Our home is exactly what we envisioned. We have access to a private community that even has a pool that we can enjoy, but not have to take care of. It’s like we are living on permanent vacation.”
“KLM listened to our needs.”
When Todd and Beth Witter were presented with an opportunity to move to Morgantown for their jobs, they soon discovered that the real challenge would be finding a home that would meet their needs. KLM Properties was recommended to them, and they soon began working with two agents: Traci Aberegg.
“We were so impressed with the patience that both Traci and Shelly displayed during our search process,” recalls Todd and Beth. “It wasn’t the easiest task to match our needs with the homes available, but the agents at KLM Properties dedicated as much time to us as we needed.”
“Moving to a new area can be confusing and frustrating. When we had relocated to a new area in the past, it was a draining experience. This time, with KLM Properties, it was nice to work with people who listened to our needs.”
“We will never buy another house unless it is with Traci and KLM Properties.”
Bill and Clarissa White wanted to avoid the unknowns of tackling such an important aspect of their lives by using a real estate professional. Clarissa had known Traci Aberegg since she was 16 years old, and knew that she could trust her to guide them through their first home buying experience.
“Traci was amazingly patient with us. She literally showed us over 40 different homes over the course of 16 months until we found exactly what we wanted. I don’t know of very many people that would stick with it that long to ensure that we found what we wanted and could afford.”
The Whites purchased a home that is less than three minutes from the hospitals, has one acre of land, and plenty of privacy.
“Traci had the determination and dedication to get the job done for us.”
“The best thing about Lori Callen is that she was extremely patient with us through this long process.”
Working in Clarksburg, WV, and in Pittsburgh, PA, respectively, Heather and Rob needed to decide on a location before buying a new home. They settled on somewhere in the middle. Morgantown, WV was a place that brought them many memories—their first time meeting and their college years.
The couple hadn’t been in touch with the Morgantown area for a brief period, so they began their home buying process by researching on their own. After months of looking at homes online and in magazines, they visited an open house where they met KLM REALTOR® Lori Callen.
“Lori wasn’t like other REALTORS®. She gave us space to check the place out on our own, but was there if we needed anything or had any questions. We really liked that,” Heather says.
Heather and Rob were looking to buy their very first place together, and therefore, wanted to take their time. They had looked at townhomes and many different styles of homes, but weren’t quite sold yet. Heather had her heart set on a big yard in the country, while Rob was more interested in a neighborhood.
Lori helped them find the perfect compromise: a neighborhood that is in a rural area of Morgantown. The couple feels that she was honest with them about their needs and wants, but also didn’t push them into something that would not be in their best interests.
“Heck yeah we recommend KLM Properties!”
When you want to buy a new house it is critical that you are also able to sell your current one. The timing of both selling and buying can be a tricky balance and involves a blend of skill, timing, and patience. Luckily, sometimes everything aligns very quickly and things just fall into place perfectly. This was the case for the Gibsons.
Scott and Brandy Gibson wanted to find a new house that would be closer to their daughter’s school and their work. They were referred to KLM Properties agent Traci Aberegg through a trusted friend.
“We liked Traci from the beginning. She was very personable, but didn’t waste anytime getting down to business.” The Gibsons knew what they wanted in a new house and had compiled a list of seven houses to look at within the Morgantown area.
“When Traci looked at our list she told us that five out of the seven picks where already under contract. We looked at the last two, made an offer on the seventh, and got it! What is even better is that we placed our original home on the market and Traci had it under contract within three weeks.”
The Gibsons’ process started in January and they moved into their new house in March. “We feel so grateful that everything went so smoothly and that Traci helped to keep us sane through everything. She was incredibly hard working and responsive. Best of all, we got what we wanted.”
Looking back on the whole experience the Gibsons had this to say… “If you are looking to buy or sell within the Morgantown area then KLM Properties is the real estate company you want. Just ask for Traci Aberegg.”
“KLM Properties truly sold it faster, and helped us buy it easier!”
Cathy and Ed Riggleman first met each other through eHarmony back in 2005. Ed had retired from the military and was living in Morgantown, and Cathy was in Cleveland at the time. After dating several months, they were married. Cathy moved to Morgantown, West Virginia, where she was excited to start her new life with Ed. Ed had built his first home near the Fort-Martin area, but wanted a fresh start and decided to place his home on the market.
“We went with KLM Properties because we had seen their strong presence in the area and had heard really good things about them.”
They were paired up with Anuja Dedhia, who was tasked with helping the Rigglemans sell their first home and also find a new home. Over a period of about 6 months their home was sold, and they found a townhouse that was perfect for them.
“We knew what we wanted, but had no idea how to find it. KLM Properties did a great job of taking what we wanted and making things happen. Everything worked out so smoothly that we just can’t say thank you enough to Anuja and KLM. They listened to us and calmed our fears.”
The Rigglemans have since decided to move to Cleveland and did not hesitate to contact KLM Properties to help them sell once more. “We have now sold twice and bought once through KLM Properties in the past seven years. It is a wonderful thing to have someone you can trust to take care of you when you need them. We are truly satisfied customers and look forward to enjoying our retirement.”
“KLM made the whole process enjoyable.”
Eric and Stephanie have a lot of experience moving, with Eric working for the Military. But when a new assignment gave them an opportunity to move across the country, and to purchase their first home at the same time, the experience could have gotten quickly overwhelming.
When Eric and Stephanie began searching online for reputable realtors in the Morgantown area, they found KLM Properties at the top of the list of real estate agencies, well known for their reputation and experience.
“As first time home buyers, we experienced so many unknowns,” recall Eric and Stephanie, “Traci Aberegg, of KLM Properties, did an amazing job of educating us and explaining the entire process in a way that made sense to us.”
“Whenever I think of buying or selling, I know the real estate company to call.”
Erik Olness has bought and sold with Lisa Ware and KLM Properties many times.
“I first met Lisa when she sold a house for my parents several years ago. She was able to sell their property in a matter of weeks. She was very efficient, professional, responsive, and just plain good. Besides that, she was really easy to work with and takes care of everything… even things that I know she doesn’t need to.”
Erik is an Anesthesiologist and has a very demanding schedule. This leaves him with very little time to devote to the buying and selling process.
“I simply don’t have the time to look out for my own best interests, but Lisa does. She has proven herself to be trustworthy on numerous occasions. Plus, she has sold some properties in a matter of days.”
“Lisa is an excellent REALTOR® and did everything she could to help us out, including holding our baby Ryan at our closings.”
Amy Arthur and her husband Jay were looking to buy a new home. They originally contacted Lisa Ware, of KLM Properties, to help them sell their current townhome, so they could just rent while shopping for a house. Lisa guided this couple tremendously through the selling process.
“Lisa helped us understand what needed to be fixed prior to selling, how to stage our townhouse, and what the value of our townhouse was,” recalls Jay. “She was even able to recommend a great handyman and mold remediation specialist who both did a great job in helping us get our townhouse ready to sell.”
Because of all the improvements, Amy and Jay were able to sell their townhome for more than they expected, and the process was much smoother than they anticipated, too.
While the couple was in the process of selling their townhouse, “Lisa found us a breathtaking piece of land and a great builder, and we are now living in a brand new house we built!” exclaims Amy.
The couple was thrilled that Lisa took the extra steps for them and spared them the whole renting phase altogether. It has always been a dream of the couple’s to build a house they way they’ve wanted, especially to accommodate for their baby son, Ryan. Thanks to Lisa Ware, this dream was fulfilled.
“Traci had urgency in handling all of my concerns and issues with looking for a home.”
Kandice has a knack for interior decorating and believes in picturesque living both inside and outside. Because of her love for adding decoration to her rooms, she quickly outgrew her current townhome, and was looking to upgrade to a house with more space.
Kandice had never dealt with home buying or selling, or with a REALTOR® at all, for that matter. She was referred to Traci Aberegg, of KLM Properties, by a friend, and decided to give her a shot. Kandice was immediately impressed with how Traci listened and provided honest and straightforward feedback.
“I was wanting an older place with some charm that I could fix up.”
Traci visited Kandice’s current place because she was also the selling agent of her townhome. As she got to know Kandice and see her style, she knew that Kandice was not going to be happy with an older home.
Traci talked Kandice into looking at a newer home. “She showed me this place and it was perfect! It was just a perfect fit,” Kandice says, gleaming. She saw the plan, and Traci helped her undergo a contract the very next day.
“She almost knew what I wanted better than I did.”
Kandice is thrilled that Traci was able to sell her townhome so quickly, and could begin to decorate and add originality to her fresh new home.
